By downloading or using all.FM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
all.FM aggregates your music streaming history from platforms like Spotify to provide combined statistics. The app operates entirely on your device, ensuring your data remains private.
3. User Data and Privacy
- Data Collection: all.FM accesses your streaming data via official APIs (e.g., Spotify) with your consent.
- Data Storage: All data is stored locally on your device.
- Data Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties.
- Backups: You may choose to back up your data manually or through third-party services.
- Data Deletion: You can delete your data at any time within the app or by uninstalling it.

4. Third-Party Services
all.FM integrates with third-party services like Spotify. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.
5. Spotify Integration
In compliance with Spotify’s Developer Terms and Policy:
- API Usage: all.FM uses Spotify’s Web API to access your streaming data.
- Security Codes: Each instance of all.FM uses a unique client ID as required by Spotify.
- Data Handling: We only request data necessary for app functionality and do not store or share it externally.
- User Control: You can disconnect your Spotify account from all.FM at any time.
- Branding: all.FM does not imply any endorsement by Spotify and adheres to Spotify’s branding guidelines.
- User Expectations: You cannot modify or create derivative works based on the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service or Spotify Content.
- Spotify Enforcability: Spotify is a third party beneficiary of all.FM’s Terms of Service agreement and privacy policy and is entitled to directly enforce this Terms of Service agreement.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use all.FM for any unlawful purpose.
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app, or any part of the app.
7. Intellectual Property
all.FM and its content are the property of Craig Burnett. Unauthorized use of any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
all.FM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages that could theoretically arise from your use of all.FM.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of all.FM after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
